Its still as good as usual, the ambience is great, services are amazing from everyone on the floor, you feel welcome from the time you enter the door to the time you leave. Food and deinks are high quality.

If you're looking for a dining experience that's as exciting as it is delicious, JING Las Vegas delivers on all fronts. From the velvet ropes and glamorous photo wall at the entrance to the high-energy nightclub atmosphere inside, this spot knows how to make an impression. The menu is just as captivating, featuring Wagyu hot stone, truffle filet, and perfectly cooked Chilean sea bass. My friends and I couldn't get enough of the fresh oysters with citrus ponzu--absolute perfection! Pro tip: Order a dish with a dry ice smoke effect for a little extra flair and guaranteed table-side "oohs" and "ahhs."

My girlfriends and I met for Happy Hour, which runs daily from 4pm to 6pm, featuring signature cocktails for $9. I had the Lychee Martini, which was both beautiful and refreshing. We all shared a few small plates, including the Jing Tuna Pizza with ponzu aioli, yuzu soy, cilantro & truffle, the Chicken Lettuce Cups with butter lettuce, sweet chili sauce, carrots & onions and Garlic French Fries with rosemary & garlic, mushroom ketchup and garlic aioli. For dessert, we shared a slice of tiramisu. Loved the Asian fusion flavors and the lively atmosphere.

Great news, the vegan menu is back! It's a separate menu that you have to request, but they have a lot of options. We love the hearts of palm "crab cakes" and the tofu lettuce wraps. Two options are vegetarian. The service and ambiance was great as usual, our waitress was nice and recommended a vegan dessert (a variety of sorbets).

We went to Jing on a Tuesday night and expected it to Be a little slower. It was...and often times when I find myself in these situations, the bartenders will Be douchebags and clearly not want us there so they can go home. Not in this case. The two bartenders in the photo I will post absolutely MADE OUR night and treated our party so well! Such great energy and smiles on their faces. The drinks on the menu are absolutely incredible and well made. I had a delicious dirty martini and my friend had a cucumber martini which was one of the tastiest drinks I've ever had. Ambience is top notch. Lighting in the entire restaurant/bar makes any photos come out SOOO beautifully. We look hot in all our photos. Haha. I swear they thought this out when designing this place. My friends and I met up for dinner on a Wednesday night. It was pretty chill and not super busy at the venue. At the entrance the have a fun step and repeat/backdrop which is one of the more popular photo opps that the place offers. We checked in and got seated at our booth. We had pushed back the reservation a couple times but the staff was pretty ok about it. We were given the menus and ended up ordering a lot of appetizers plates to share among 4 people. The drinks we ordered appeared almost instantly: Tiki Mango Mojito, Lychee Martini, Jing Fashioned, I'm with the DJ. All fun names and all quite delicious. For the food, those came out almost immediately, except for the dishes we added on later. We ordered: Jumbo Tiger Prawn Cocktail, Bluefin Tuna Crispy Rice, Edamame, California Lettuce Wraps, Wagyu Sliders, Miso Black Cod, Shrimp Garlic Noodles, Tiramisu, and Macallan 18 drizzled on Creme Brulee. The Tiramisu was comped for our friend celebrating a birthday and they did a little presentation for the two desserts. All of the food was delicious and flavorful. It was also cooked perfectly. The portions we got to share were appropriate as it gave us an opportunity to try multiple dishes. With the service it was top notch and we even got to meet the chef! He had just flown in from another property that day. The vibe is nice for a little lounge feel. It is also good for people watching and nice to just get drinks. We must have stayed awhile because we almost closed the place down. I'll definitely come back to enjoy another meal here with the great service, environment, food, and the cocktails. A must do if you're in the neighborhood. Plus plenty of free parking within the area too!

1/25/25 Party of 2 Date night 7:30pm reservation (Wait time:10 min) Server: Mimi We were quite impressed at how nice the restaurant is inside. if you want to talk to whoever you're there with...plan on almost yelling because the music is very loud. -Gives club vibes. -Lights are very low but made for a fun experience. -Honey chicken and shrimp 10/10 -Sprouts 10/10 MUST TRY! -Ribeye with shrimp 10/10 -Fried rice -no rating.... It was fine, just your typical fried rice. Overall we had a good time. Food was perf! I'll return with my girlfriends next time. Don't recommend for date night.
